CFO


Evolar AB is looking for a CFO who wants to take a strategic and operational role for the company's continued development together with the other members of the management team. We are looking for an energetic person with a structured way of working. You should be prepared to take a broad area of responsibility for administration and business support: IT, legal affairs, GDPR and HR and to scale the business administration organization in alignment with the growth of the company. The company is currently using external service providers for accounting, financial reporting, IT services and payroll administration. You will in this position be reporting to the CEO. 

Tasks and responsibilities
•       Financial reporting and control for the management board and Board of Directors
•       Budgeting, forecasting and cash management
•       Manage the company's service providers in the areas of responsibility
•       Manage planning and securing of continued funding
•       Member of the Management Board  

Qualifications
•       MSc in Business Administration
•       Demonstrated leadership and management skills for Finance teams
•       Funding process/IPO process experience and ideally experience from a listed company
•       Well organized with a strong drive
•       Experience from B2B international product sales organizations and product cost calculation
•       Fluent in Swedish and English, demonstrated communication skills
